- Removed `./headscale.nix` from `imports` section
- Added `headscale` configuration under `pepe.core` with:
  - Domain: `vipienne.giugl.io`
  - Network settings with IPv4 prefixes and DNS configuration
  - Debug logging enabled
- Removed `docker` configuration block from `pepe.core` (separate refactor)
