int chflags(const char* path, int flags);

Sets the FreeBSD file flags of `path` to `flags`.  If `path` is a symbolic link, the link is followed.  The FreeBSD
macros, such as `UF_IMMUTABLE`, are available.  Returns zero on success, or the negation of the error code on error.
