Format specifier reference

The Shellcode Compiler supports a subset of the standard `printf` format specifiers.  The following
specifiers are supported:

* `%s`: String argument
* `%d`: 32-bit signed integer argument (decimal)
* `%u`: 32-bit unsigned integer argument (decimal)
* `%x`: Native integer in lowercase hexadecimal
* `%X`: Native integer in uppercase hexadecimal

Field width specifiers are supported, along with the "`-`" sign for left alignment.  No other modifiers are supported.
