int sigaction(int sig, const struct sigaction* act, struct sigaction* old);

Sets the signal handler for `sig` to `act`, and stores the old signal handler information in `old` if not `NULL`.
The `sa_handler` field in `act` can be `SIG_DFL` for the default handler, or `SIG_IGN` to ignore the signal.

WARNING: Setting a handler other than `SIG_DFL` or `SIG_IGN` is not yet supported on 64-bit platforms.
