&#9474; &#242; Sources requiring resize are to be cropped and resized using sharp &#9474;
&#9474; resizers such as Lanczos4, Spline36, or Blackman. Bicubic is banned. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Deinterlace/ivtc as necessary &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Resolutions: 640-720 &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Width mod16 / Height mod2 &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Upscaling is forbidden &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Max AR error 2%. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; No watermarking, intros and etc. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Warnings, Compliance Disclaimers, Advertisements, etc. MUST be removed &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Overcropping/undercropping the picture not allowed. &#9474;
&#9474; - When cropping, remove everything that is not actual picture, &#9474;
&#9474; including black or other colored borders. Removing or retaining &#9474;
&#9474; fading edges is at capper&#39;s discretion and shall not be considered &#9474;
&#9474; undercropped or overcropped. &#9474;
&#9474; - Actual picture area may be over- or under-cropped by 1px maximum per &#9474;
&#9474; side. More than 1px on any side is considered a technical flaw. &#9474;
&#9474; - In the case of varying crops/mixed scenes, crop to largest image as &#9474;
&#9474; to not lose any pixels on any scene. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Mixed frame rate: In the case of varying frame rates keep highest frame &#9474;
&#9474; rate. Improper IVTC methods that result in jerky playback are banned. &#9474;
&#9474; Ripper should mention any claim for ITVC or lack thereof in nfo. &#9474;

&#9474; &#242; Original samplerate/channels must be kept, up/down sampling is forbidden. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Nero and Apple encoders are recommended. FFmpeg and FAAC are banned. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Multiple language audio tracks are forbidden. &#9474;
&#9474; &#9474;
&#9474; Packing: &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Release must not be split. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Release must be packed in RAR file format. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Rars may be in multiples of 50 MB. &#9474;
&#9474; - Multiples of 50 MB must contain 10-101 files. &#9474;
&#9474; - 1MB = 1,000,000 bytes. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; RAR compression must not be used. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Recovery record is optional but recommended. 2% max. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Encryption or password protection is forbidden. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Must have SFV and NFO. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; RAR, SFV, and sample files must have unique, lowercase filenames with &#9474;
&#9474; the group tag. &#9474;

&#9474; &#242; Propers are only permitted in the case of a technical flaw in the &#9474;
&#9474; original release (e.g. Bad IVTC, Interlacing, missing footage, and &#9474;
&#9474; bad x264 settings used). &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Propers MUST include a note in the NFO file detailing the reason. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Sample of propered release is encouraged. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Qualitative propers are not allowed. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Releases may not be propered for bad tagging or missing nfo/sample. &#9474;
&#9474; &#9474;
&#9474; Nukes: &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Releases must be nuked for any of the following reasons: &#9474;
&#9474; - Any valid proper listed in the propers section. &#9474;
&#9474; - Missing nfo or missing Sample. &#9474;
&#9474; - Mislabeled directory that could prevent finding the release in &#9474;
&#9474; a dupecheck, including incorrect Title or Date. &#9474;
&#9474; - Dupe. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; Glitches/Drops must be at least 2 seconds long in any one instance &#9474;
&#9474; to be considered a technical flaw and can not be nuked/propered. &#9474;
&#9474; - Can be nuked if more than 3 glitches/drop of any length throughout &#9474;
&#9474; the film. &#9474;
&#9474; &#9474;
&#9474; Fixes: &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; The following fixes are allowed: NFOFix, SampleFix, DirFix, SyncFix. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; DirFix requires NFO and NFO must state which release is being fixed. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; The original release shall be unnuked when a valid fix is released. &#9474;
&#9474; &#242; A proper may not be released for an issue that was fixed, unless the &#9474;
&#9474; fix does not completely correct the issue. &#9474;
&#9474; &#9474;
&#9474; Tagging &#9474;
