│ - Directory names shall NOT exceed 64 characters. │
│ - Including production year is at groups discretion, but encouraged. │

│ - No previous releases may be propered based on quality. That means no │
│ propers based on audio or video bitrate, and/or, divx/dvdr source used │
│ For quality reasons you can use INTERNAL. │
│ - Propers will be allowed in the case of technical problems, bad aspect │
│ ratio, sync problems, skipping/freezing, interlaced, bad ivtc, etc │
│ - Sample of the propered release should be included for proof. │
