01. Ein PD ist nur dann valid, wenn er innerhalb von 4 Wochen nach

||

.DE-Kinostart kommt.
|
||
|
|
02. Ein SVCD-PD ist Dupe, sofern ein VCD-PD existiert und vice versa.
|
||
|
|
03. Das Quellmaterial darf nur mit expliziter Erlaubnis der Gruppe verwendet
|
||
|
|
werden. Die Gruppe muss in der NFO angegeben werden.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
NOTE: Every Group is allowed to forbid the pirate-dubbing of their
|
||
|
|
releases. Our nukers will respect that and strictly nuke all of
|
||
|
|
those releases.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
04. Die Bildquelle muss vollstaendig sein.
|
||
|
|
05. Die Tonspur darf nicht per Mikrophon abgegriffen worden sein.
|
||
|
|
06. PDs von CAMs sind nicht zulaessig.
|
||
|
|
07. Sofern die deutsche Kinoversion eines Filmes laenger als das Quellvideo
|
||
|
|
ist, ist ein PD nicht zulaessig.
|
||
|
|
08. Sofern ein PD valid war, duerfen keine Proper-PDs kommen, die sich
|
||
|
|
primaer durch qualitativ hoeherwertige Quellen rechtfertigen.
|
||
|
|
09. Ansonsten gelten die ueblichen technischen Standards fuer VCD und SVCD -
|
||
|
|
Standalone-Player gelten dabei als Referenz fuer Mangelfreiheit.
|
||
|
